Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst primary responsibilities will include working closely with the company's Senior Leadership Team, Strategic Marketing, Operating Groups and Business Service Groups to provide financial analysis and decision support for new business opportunities and/ or long range financial planning. This position is based at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.

 
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Finance & Accounting and the Senior Leadership Team on all long-term financial planning topics
  • Partner with business leaders throughout the company to develop and implement financial models to evaluate the viability of new business opportunities
  • Provide strong financial analysis support for the company's growing Equipment Management business. Update the company's IRR model and lead the annual capital equipment budgeting process. Manage the monthly internal reporting process for the equipment facilities
  • Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and capital allocation models
  • Periodically communicate financial results and projections to business leaders, prepare and deliver financial updates, create financial models and analyze variances to key operating metrics
  • Develop and implement key performance indicator measures and reporting for the Finance & Accounting group
  • Serve as subject matter expert on cross-functional reporting and technology improvement initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution required
  • MBA in Finance preferred
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment
  • Excellent data visualization skills. Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis and modeling experience
  • Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a strong preference towards candidates with significant experience presenting information to senior leadership teams. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts to communicate effectively throughout the organization
  • Adaptive, quick learner with an executive presence who maintains a quiet confidence and maturity
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to flex in response to competing business demands and changing priorities
