The University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking applicants for the position of Associate Director of Student Development Services (Orientation Program).

 

The Associate Director is the senior staff member who will design, administer and manage all functions for the Orientation Program reporting to the Director of New Student Programs. This position will direct, plan, implement, coordinate, and assess the new student/family orientation program, services, publications, reservations system and processes as well as actively support campus student success, transition, and retention efforts.

 

The position is full time and available August 16, 2017. Applicants must possess a Master's degree in higher education administration, college student personnel or a related field. Minimum of five years experience in student affairs, college orientation programming or educational program planning. Supervisory experience with budget responsibility required. Strong organizational, leadership and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
