Elizabethtown College is seeking a Curriculum and Training Specialist for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) at Elizabethtown College. This position will coordinate academic programs, corporate training, curriculum, and faculty development for SCPS.

This position will ensure oversight of curriculum through Lead Facilitators; plan scheduling and staffing of academic courses, including directed studies, course equivalency reviews, and internships; collaborate with Academic Affairs team to ensure quality standards are integrated into educational programming; Collaborate with Academic Affairs team and SCPS faculty in developing and revising courses; Coordinate teaching assignments and faculty hiring processes to support strategic growth; Support assessment processes and procedures within Academic Affairs; collaborate with Academic Affairs team in the development of faculty through needs assessment, orientation and training, resource identification and development, and mentorship; develop new academic programs, training initiatives, and strategies that are consistent with growth and quality improvement in conjunction with the Academic Affairs team; oversee corporate training initiatives, including trainer acquisition and development, training course development and delivery, and training evaluation; submit quarterly reports to the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs; work cohesively to support the mission of the SCPS and Elizabethtown College.

Master’s degree is required in education, training, and/or higher education administration. Five or more years of experience in higher education, teaching, and/or corporate training. Proficiency with Microsoft® Office Suite and ability to use an LMS, SIS, and online tools preferred.

This position requires a valid driver’s license for business travel purposes (individual must have a US driver’s license for at least three years; a motor vehicle record check will be run and the incumbent must pass the College’s MVR rating system).

Hours of the position are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evening/weekends.
