Since being founded in 1923, Mott Community College (MCC) has established a tradition of excellence and has grown to become the largest college in the Flint/Genesee County region. In April of 2011, the Washington, D.C.-based Aspen Institute, an international nonprofit organization, ranked MCC among the top 10 percent of community colleges in the nation. In September, they went further, designating MCC as one of the top ten.
MCC serves approximately 20,000 students annually and offers the most affordable higher education in the area. Part of our mission is to promote individual development and improve the overall quality of life in a multicultural community.
