Diverse college students, soon-to-be college graduates, MBA/Masters degree holders, and entry-level jobseekers from all backgrounds, areas of study and educational institutions are invited to attend the 2010 Virtual Diversity Entry-Level / MBA Career Fair.

This annual,  two-month pre-graduation careers event is jointly presented this year by the IMDiversity.com Career Center & Multicultural Villages Network, THE BLACK COLLEGIAN Online, and the Howard University MBA Program.

The Fair features detailed profiles, recruiter statements, diversity information, and job or internship opportunities by diversity-committed employers who are still actively recruiting in the second semester.  Opportunities and programming updates are added on an ongoing basis throughout March and April.

Additional features include career transition advice content from recruiters and career center directors, Fair update email alerts, resume drive with private job tools for quick posting of your employer-searchable resume during and after the Fair, prize drawings and private content for registrants, and expanded custom job search tools for searching tens of thousands of additional job listings across the world.

Participation in the Fair is free and open to those seeking entry-level and student opportunities, with or without registration.  Registration is required only for select features such as the Fair prize drawing, employer-searchable resume submission, and subscription to the 2KX Fair Alert, providing instant email notification whenever new opportunities are added to the Fair.

To get started, please visit the Fair homepage hosted on our sister site, THE BLACK COLLEGIAN Online (http://blackcollegian.com/careerfair).

Congratulations to all the new graduates this year, and best of luck in taking the first step to your new career!
