In-Language Health, Gov't Benefits Info Available

Adapted from release by the U.S. General Services Administration

The Federal Citizen Information Center of the U.S. General Services Administration has released a series of free educational publications on health and government benefits translated into Chinese, Korean, Tagalog and Vietnamese.

The two publication packages are offered to help service providers and others share valuable in-language information about health and government with Asian American communities.

The health package includes booklets on cholesterol, high blood pressure and lung cancer. The government benefits package includes two booklets on Social Security.

These publications may be ordered in bulk, at no cost, from the GSA's Federal Citizen Information Center website. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Allow up to six weeks for delivery.
