Institution SD School of Mines As the Associate Director, you will work closely with the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and other team members to shape and execute strategic recruitment programs that align with our university’s enrollment goals. Your responsibilities will include supervising our admissions counselor team, managing the local recruitment territory, and serving as a backup to the Associate Vice President. Key Responsibilities: This role requires flexibility, including the ability to travel overnight and work evening and weekend hours as needed. A bachelor’s degree, experience working in higher education or with high school aged students, and valid driver’s license is required. Previous experience supervising and leading teams is highly desirable.
