Clinical Faculty - Data Analytics VP Area: Business School Department: Business School FLSA Status: Exempt Benefit Eligibility: Yes Position Summary The Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University invites applications for a clinical faculty position in Data Analytics, beginning Fall 2024. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of earned master’s degree in business with a focus on Analytics, MIS, Econometrics, or a related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution. Although not required, a Ph.D. and a record of recent research activities in Analytics or related domain would be desirable. Predictive Analytics Oklahoma City University was founded in 1904 and is a coeducational, urban, private university located in the Uptown district of Oklahoma City. The university is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and offers a wide variety of degrees in the liberal arts and sciences disciplines. About Meinders School of Business The Meinders School of Business founded in 2004 is an AACSB accredited school and is located in the heart of Oklahoma City. The School offers a full range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional development programs taught by a cadre of 17 full-time faculty and a complement of part-time, adjunct faculty. Irani Center for Data Analytics is one of three components of Economic Research and Policy Institute (ERPI), which also encompasses the Center for Economic Forecasting and Policy Analysis and the Center for Native American and Urban Studies. The data center was established to provide clients with insights through customized analytic solutions that are adapted to their unique needs. Areas of focus include forecasting, spatial modeling, Monte Carlo analysis, optimization and machine learning. Students competing on behalf of the center have consistently won national awards for data analysis and visualization.
