What we want

We are recruiting for all levels of HR Generalists, however, our immediate needs are for HR Generalists II and III positions.

Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full years of HR Generalist related experience.

Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of HR Generalist related experience.

The well-qualified candidates would possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field;
Medium to strong experience as a Human Resources generalist
Experience with Workday or related Human Capital Management (HCM) application.
Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist I: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and no prior HR Generalist experience required.

Minimum qualification for an HR Generalist IV: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of HR Generalist related experience.
