The Division of Student Affairs at Rollins College is seeking an experienced professional to join the team. The Director of Accessibility Services is responsible for ensuring that students with disabilities have equal access to participate in and benefit from all curricular and co-curricular programs and services at Rollins College. The Director provides leadership and service to the Rollins community, requiring a commitment to student development and success, experiential learning and a high level of student interaction. The Director leads in the review, creation, implementation and enhancement of services, programs, training, policies and procedures that support student success and retention and ensure federal compliance.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related field and experience working with college-level students
- Extensive knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
- Proven leadership in the area of ADA and Section 504 compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Banner
- Extensive knowledge of AA/EEO and Civil Rights laws and regulations, as well as policies and legal issues in higher education
- Thorough understanding of the organizational management of student affairs, including partnership building with students, faculty, staff, parents and the community
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse population while promoting a campus climate of inclusion and participation
