The Women in Engineering (WIE) Program Coordinator is responsible for the student services and programmatic functions of the Women in Engineering Program. This position will work collaboratively with WIE staff in order to achieve the mission of the Women in Engineering Program (recruitment, retention, and graduation of women in the Clark School of Engineering). The primary focus of this position will be to coordinate the Flexus and Virtus Living and Learning Programs. See more at http://www.wie.umd.edu/

More specifically, this position will coordinate recruitment and enrollment of students in Flexus and Virtus, instruct a seminar each semester, and serve as the primary liaison between these and other student groups in the WIE office. Also, advising our current students and running outreach programs for future students are an important part of this job.
