Assistant Director, Traditional Admissions Based in Colorado, the Assistant Director of Traditional Admissions represents Regis University to multiple constituencies, including prospective students, their families, and school/community contacts within and outside Colorado. The Assistant Director develops and implements recruiting initiatives and follow-ups to meet application and enrollment goals and conducts a holistic review of applications. The Assistant Director manages the planning and follow-up of recruitment activities, including high school visits, area receptions, and individual meetings. Extensive travel and evening and weekend event coverage is expected of the Assistant Director. Working at Regis University Take a moment to consider our Total Rewards package: Major Duties and Responsibilities: New Student Recruitment and Enrollment Management Recruit for program and/or territory assignments to ensure effective enrollment of targeted new students. Execute best practice relationship building and decision making with student leads, and maintain accurate and complete records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Utilize CRM to effectively manage recruitment and make strategic, data-driven decisions on measurable recruitment activities to achieve annual enrollment goals. Implement, coordinate, and participate in lead-generation events and activities on and off campus. Travel on behalf of the university, speaking publicly to individuals and groups on and off campus. Evaluate and execute admission decisions on applicant files. Maintain, report, and recommend changes to Regis University Admissions policies and procedures to ensure effective admissions practices that meet the needs and standards of both new students and the university. Analyze data and statistics to identify trends/patterns that impact recruitment and measure the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment tactics. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruitment and communication plans specific to territory/program/targeted audiences, aligned with Regis University's strategic enrollment goals and forward-thinking admissions practice. Collaborate with marketing team members to develop fresh, bold, and purposeful recruitment materials. Assist in developing new target markets and develop strategies to increase enrollment. Maintain relationships with appropriate campus constituents, acting as primary liaisons to key departments and off-campus referral sources. Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals and maintain current knowledge of contemporary higher education enrollment management. Professional Development Ensure optimal self-performance with the ability to achieve both qualitative and quantitative expectations. Participate and engage in training and staff development activities. Demonstrate ongoing learning and process improvement of key job functions, including but not limited to product knowledge, influential sales tactics, efficient use of technology, and excellent customer service. Be accountable for ensuring the attainment of recruitment and enrollment goals that directly impact revenue generation for the university. Align all activities with Regis University's mission and values. Other Serve as a critical-thinking member of the Regis University Admissions team. Liaison between Admissions and other university departments and committees as assigned. Perform other duties as requested by the RU SEM leadership team. Perform related duties as necessary to support the Regis mission, including clearly articulating the benefits of a Jesuit education. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Preferred Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related environment. WORKING CONDITIONS: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This position requires frequent weekend and/or evening work. This position will travel extensively. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: A valid driver’s license with authorization as a university-approved driver and the ability to travel extensively and work evenings and weekends. Pay Rate: | |
